Customer Service Representative - Full Time

Job Description

Now hiring, full-time Customer Service Representative to provide after-the-sale customer service to our customers. Powell's Customer Service Representatives will be the first point of contact for the customers and should provide immediate assistance in order to ensure customer satisfaction and a quick resolution

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer knowledge
  • Must have excellent reading, writing and communication skills (in English)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must be available full-time, 40 hours per week (Tuesday thru Saturday)
  • Must have a professional, caring and cheerful demeanor in assisting people
  • Must be a motivated, self-starter capable of working confidently, both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and be able to successfully prioritize time
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once

Additional Information

  • Experience with office equipment, fax machine, copier, LaserJet printer and scanner preferred
  • Previous customer service/administrative experience preferred
  • Previous furniture experience preferred
